Farmers Cooperative Scholarship Program

Farmers Cooperative believes in the continued education in Agriculture beyond the high school level. With that, we are pleased to award scholarships to local area high school students pursuing further education and careers in the Ag Industry. As a company, we continue to have a dedicated scholarship program and allocate $10,000 a year in local scholarships that are awarded to numerous high school students in area schools.

This Scholarship is intended to provide financial assistance to a student pursuing a career in agriculture and that demonstrates leadership ability to promote agriculture as a sustainable and reliable enterprise for economic growth of our area communities. Scholarships are currently awarded only to high schools within the Farmers Cooperative trade territory.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must be attending college and going into an Agricultural related field; as well as have an active patron family member. School Foundations, Ag Instructors, and/or Guidance Counselors are responsible for selecting recipients from their perspective schools. If there are no applicants, funds are distributed to other well deserving students meeting the criteria above.

Farmers Cooperative continues to invest in local communities and understands the importance of continued education. For questions on the scholarship and how to apply, please contact your schools Guidance Counselor.
