Farmers Cooperative's Job Shadow Program allows students and other individuals to experience first-hand what it is like to work in an agricultural career by following along and learning from an experienced employee in a chosen field of interest. We have professionals in a wide variety of roles within our grain, agronomy, energy, feed, and corporate departments, with locations spread throughout our southeast Nebraska and northeast Kansas territory. 

Job shadow participants will be able to learn what the day-to-day looks like within a certain career, what career path their mentor took to get to where they are and their advice on preparing for said career, and technical knowledge related to the department or facility's services and products.
