Farmers Cooperative invites you and a guest to join us for our employee celebration on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska. Experience social hour, dinner, an awards ceremony, and casino night.
All employees intending to join must register by Friday, January 2, 2026. This applies to all employees planning to attend, regardless of whether they require a hotel room.
Each employee can request a complimentary hotel room for Saturday evening. If you would like to stay Friday evening, the employee is responsible for Friday's hotel and parking expenses.

Where is the event being held?
The celebration will take place at Embassy Suites (1040 P Street) in Lincoln, NE. A block of rooms has been reserved at both Embassy Suites and Drury Plaza Hotel (920 Q Street) and they will be randomly assigned to employees.
Where do I park?
Embassy Suites Guests: Parking is available at nearby garages, including Que Place and Market Place, both connected to Embassy Suites via skywalk. Valet parking is also available.
Drury Plaza Hotel Guests: Surface lot parking is available for $20/night.
Charges for parking will not be reimbursed and will remain the employee's responsibility.
If I want to stay Friday night, can I?
Certainly, you may choose to stay Friday night. However, please note that the employee will be responsible for covering the expenses incurred for Friday night's stay. The hotel rate for Embassy Suites is $139 per night, plus any applicable taxes.
Employees opting to stay on Friday evening will have accommodations at Embassy Suites for both Friday and Saturday nights, as rooms at the Drury Plaza Hotel are not available on Friday evening.
Is the hotel room for Saturday night paid by Farmers Cooperative?
Yes, the hotel room for Saturday night (including taxes) will be covered by Farmers Cooperative.
Are employees required to stay the night?
No, staying overnight is not mandatory. However, employees who anticipate consuming alcoholic beverages without a designated sober driver are required to reserve a hotel room for their accommodation and safety.
All employees are required to register for the event, whether or not they need a hotel room.
When do I need to register by?
All employees intending to attend must complete their registration using the provided link by Friday, January 2nd.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is dressy casual, where nice jeans are considered acceptable attire.
What prizes will be given away?
Various prizes will be offered during the event. There will be casino prizes available, and all participants are eligible to win these prizes. Additionally, numerous door prizes will be given away throughout the evening. Please note that only employees are eligible to win the door prizes.
What happens if I need to cancel my hotel room?
If you need to cancel your hotel room, please ensure you notify the Farmers Cooperative marketing team by Friday, January 16th at 5:00 pm. Failure to provide this information will result in a $100 charge (if you have a hotel room) or $50 charge (if you don't have a hotel room) to your employee account.
Will both hotels offer breakfast on Sunday morning?
Yes, both Embassy Suites and Drury Plaza Hotel will each have their own hot breakfast buffet served in their respective breakfast areas.
Will there be breakout sessions this year?
No, there will not be breakout sessions in the afternoon this year. However, Abante (our clothing vendor) will be at Embassy Suites from 3:30 - 5:00 pm with a variety of apparel to try on. This is a great opportunity to check out new items, find your fit, and explore different styles.
