Jul 08, 2026
Get to know Miles Wulf, one of the agronomy operations interns from Hooper, Nebraska!
Miles is studying Agricultural Economics at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Why did you choose to intern at Farmers Cooperative?
Farmers Cooperative’s values and ideas drew me in, along with the environment of the company. Farmers Cooperative is a place to learn, grow, and diversify knowledge in agriculture.
What has been the best part of your internship so far?
The people make the most of it. All the employees I work alongside daily have made this experience most beneficial to me.
What are the day-to-day tasks in your role?
On a daily basis, I work alongside our location manager with filling up tender trucks, loading chemical, working with customers, scouting fields, and doing routine maintenance.
What is your summer internship project?
This summer, I will be improving our scouting procedures for weeds, insects, and disease, as well as creating a guide to educate producers on field conditions during times of critical decision-making.
How did you find out about the Farmers Cooperative internship?
I discovered Farmers Cooperative through fraternity brothers who had interned with them in the past.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
A fun fact about myself is that I like to go play golf, but I am not the best at it.
We’re excited to welcome Miles to the team this summer and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make throughout his internship!
