Employee Golf Outing

Farmers Cooperative invites employees to our annual golf outing on Saturday, August 24th. All employees attending must register below by Friday, August 16th.
NEW THIS YEAR - there will be two sessions of the tournament, allowing for more employees to participate.
Registration is first come first serve, so register early to guarantee your spot!
The morning session will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm with the afternoon session beginning with a shotgun at 1:00 pm. Each employee must register for the event separately. If you know who will be playing on your team, please include their names on the form. If you would like to be assigned to a team, please leave those spaces blank. Depending on available space, there may be an opportunity to play in both sessions, please respond on the form accordingly if you would like to considered for both sessions if space allows.
