Harvest Meals | Help Needed

Harvest appreciation meals will be served on September 26th, 27th, 28th, and October 3rd and 5th. Over the course of these five days, 4,500 meals will be served, we need all hands on deck to make this a successful event. Please see the sign-up links below to volunteer to serve on one or more of the dates.

Brief overview of events:
- Meals will be served from 11 am – 1 pm or until food is gone (whichever comes first)
- We will serve meals rain or shine – there will be no rescheduling due to weather
- Meals will include pork sandwich, chips, snack, and drink
- Volunteers will be responsible for:
- Picking up the meat, buns, roasters, and serving supplies from the central meeting location (see table below), delivering to the location, and serving the meals. Pre-packaged lunch bags and drinks will be at the location when you arrive
- Having roasters returned to the central location at the date and time specified on the sign-up
- Counting any leftover bags and reporting that number to marketing to get accurate meal counts
- Feel free to take pictures of the event and submit to marketing to share
