Leadership Development Graduation
Dec 16, 2022
Congratulations to the individuals who completed the Farmers Cooperative Leadership Development Program.
The Farmers Cooperative Leadership Development Program was designed to identify high performance individuals who will receive further development by attending designated internal leadership and management classes.
These individuals who agreed to participate in the program attended multiple training sessions over an 18-month time frame. Selected participants are expected to attend every session, dress professionally, and engage in discussion for each session. The participants are nominated from managers within each department to the Senior Leadership Team.
It is a voluntary program that the participant chooses to be involved in to further enhance their leadership development and professional skills.
If you might be interested in joining this program in the future, be sure to discuss with your supervisor so they may let your respective department manager know.
