Open enrollment began Friday, July 7th and will end Friday, July 21st. This is the time period you have to enroll in any insurance plans you may need. You must re-enroll in coverage whether or not you choose to change plans. If you choose to do nothing, then you will not have coverage come August.
Our insurance plan year begins on August 1st. Open enrollment meetings are being held again this year, the final meeting will be held at the location and time listed below. They are not mandatory, but all full-time employees and spouses are welcome. Below is the meeting schedule:

Due to higher costing claims this year, our plan designs have changed. Please attend one of the meetings listed above or watch the recorded presentation to learn more. Insurance providers will remain the same but the design of the plan will change along with two new BCBS plan offerings for a total of four plans. It is important you research which plan is best for you. Premier Select BlueChoice and NEtwork Blue will both be available to enroll in again.
New Plans:
Blueprint Health This option utilizes a narrow network utilizing the CHI system
Out of State Network Blue This plan uses the largest plan Blue Cross Blue Shield has to offer; this is the same as the NEtwork Blue plan. However, this plan is only offered to those not living in Nebraska.
Premier Select Blue Choice and Blueprint Health are both narrow networks. Narrow networks provide greater discounts on service and procedures that save the employee money, but also saves the plan money. Because of this, we can offer these plans at a greater discount. *If you did not complete your wellness requirements, there will be a $22.50 per pay period increase for single coverage and a $36 per pay period increase for employee +1 or family.
